Before servicing your bicycle, one of our mechanics will go through your bike with you and recommend service or repairs based on your bike's individual needs.  We will give you an itemized estimate, and then let you decide what level of service best fits your bike and budget.  We never charge to diagnose and our estimates are always free.  We will never "sneak" extra stuff into the service after the consultation, and if we do discover that something additional is required to complete the repair we will contact you with the best options before proceeding.  We won't sell you service you don't need, and we won't replace parts that can be repaired unless you want us to.  We take a lot of pride in our service and will always be honest, clear, and reasonable with the charges.

For small things like flat changes, stop by and we’ll do it on the spot. For tune-ups and other repairs, please give us a call to schedule an appointment for drop-off.
